Barberton-Post-Acute seeks a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support resident care under supervision. You will complete timely documentation, help implement treatment plans, and participate in care conferences to ensure safe, effective rehab progress.

The role requires an associate degree, state licensure as an OTA, and basic computer skills for Net Health and PCC. Team collaboration and adherence to infection control are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program is required.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state.
• CPR certification may be required depending on licensure.
• Proficiency with patient data entry in Net Health and PCC systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Staff Occupational Therapist with resident care as directed.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Participate in resident care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Coordinate with nursing and rehab teams to plan discharge and equipment needs.
