Job summary

Nexus in Middlesex County, NJ, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to organize the facility's sports and non-sports programs, including leagues, tournaments, and events. The role requires close collaboration with program leaders and other departments to ensure successful execution.

The candidate will supervise part-time staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements for functions, events, tournaments and programs within the facility.
• Coordinate with Operations Director the monthly schedules for all team members.
• Develop and monitor a risk management program and ensure all necessary steps are taken by staff.
• Inspect facility to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with specs and standards by staff and contractors.
• Assist in oversight, management, and training of part-time operations staff and part-time events/guest services team.
• Oversee day-to-day general facility operations and service delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns and feedback; communicate issues to Operations Director and GM.
• Participate in planning and strategic meetings; serve as MOD during programming and events.
