Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
• EPA certification must be obtained within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Execute apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days.
• Conduct common area maintenance including cleaning and garbage disposal.
• Monitor building exterior for issues.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
