Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience (multi-family residential management preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be a closer: convert prospects into residents with effective communication.
• Drive traffic and achieve occupancy goals with targeted sales/marketing strategies.
• Create value and exceed expectations by addressing resident needs and showcasing community advantages.
• Build relationships through outstanding customer service with residents, vendors, and teammates.
• Master the leasing process: conduct tours, assist with applications, prepare lease paperwork.
• Utilize technology: use property management software (Entrata preferred) to manage leads and data.
• Contribute to marketing and events to boost community engagement.
