Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Leasing Agent in Kansas City, MO to lease apartments while maintaining excellent customer service. You will assist the Residential Manager with property administration and perform leasing, operational, administrative, and bookkeeping duties.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), prior leasing or sales experience, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Some overtime may be required; a competitive total rewards package is provided.

• Ability to apply logical thinking to practical situations and follow standardized procedures
• Ability to think rationally beyond explicit instructions
• Ability to work at a fast pace with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Legible penmanship and accurate typing skills
• Ability to handle lease documents, paperwork, and keep accurate records
• Ability to compute rental amounts, prorates, discounts, and basic math computations
• Ability to operate fax/copy machine, calculator, and be computer literate or willing to be trained
• Must have good customer service skills and resolve resident, prospect, and vendor problems
