Job summary

Worcester Communities in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team. You will represent our communities, engage prospects, conduct property tours, and close leases to help meet occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. A high school diploma is required, with an Associate's degree preferred, and experience in multi-family management
