• Greet prospects, qualify needs and present to prospects.
• Show apartments and collect applications and deposits.
• Verify information and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain leasing office in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Answer phones and handle calls appropriately.
• Update social media and assist in advertising campaigns.
• Develop online presence for the community and attract followers.
• Post information and photos from events on social media.
