Aura Living seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Eagle, Idaho community. The role involves hands-on upkeep of units, common areas and facilities, with a focus on timely responses and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance is preferred.
• Valid Idaho Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
• Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect units, buildings and common areas and perform small repairs.
• Ensure security and lighting in halls, parking areas and grounds.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and complete turnover in 3–5 days.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs to electrical, plumbing and fixtures.
• Paint interiors and exteriors and perform carpentry tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a professional work environment.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and on-site Manager with other duties.
