Job summary
D1 Training Lake Orion is seeking a spirited, people-loving individual to join our team as a Member Experience & Social Media Coordinator. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, handle inquiries, and help grow our gym community both on site and online.
You’ll capture training moments, create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, post stories and reels, and support campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (IG/FB/TikTok).
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Photo/video editing experience a plus.
- Interest in fitness or sports is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members with exceptional service.
- Check members in and ensure great visits.
- Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries.
- Schedule evaluations and introductory workouts.
- Assist with membership sales and retention.
- Keep lobby, front desk, and retail area organized.
- Build relationships with members and families.
- Capture photo/video content during training sessions.
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
- Post daily stories, reels, and member highlights.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Help grow D1 Training Lake Orion's online presence and community.
