Join D1 Lake Orion as a dependable, high-energy Front Desk professional focused on exceptional customer service. This role involves greeting athletes, answering questions, processing check-ins, and supporting Coaches and Management with daily operations to keep the club running smoothly.

You must have 1+ year in a customer service setting, ideally in fitness, and bring an organized, positive attitude. You will complete opening/closing checklists, maintain a tidy lobby, merchandise the shop, and

Responsibilities

• Complete Opening/Closing Checklists.
• Ensure lobby area is clean and stocked.
• Learn the D1 brand and answer customer questions for athletes.
• Answer phone calls and take messages for Coaches and Management.
• Check athletes into workouts and track attendance.
• Keep retail areas stocked with food, drink, clothing.
• Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies and D1 gear.
• Process ancillary purchases in MBO.
• Complete daily social media tasks.
• Note all accounts properly.
