Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide both clinical and administrative support across outpatient sites. Under supervision of a licensed practitioner, you will assist with patient intake, clinical procedures, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and care coordination.

Ideal candidates will have high school completion, a Medical Assistant program credential, venipuncture training, and strong English communication skills; Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and documentation to ensure accurate records.
• Support clinical procedures and specimen collection.
• Perform point-of-care testing when delegated and authorized.
• Assist with medication administration and immunizations as directed.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and communication with patients and providers.
