Job summary

Common Sense Retirement Planning in Greenville, SC seeks a Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinator. This hands-on role blends prospect engagement, event coordination, and marketing execution to grow relationships with clients and prospective clients.

You’ll make outbound calls, convert seminar interest into conversations, plan events, and maintain accurate CRM data in Redtail while assisting email campaigns and social media efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years in marketing, engagement, events, inside sales, or related field.
• Ability to build trust-based client relationships with personalized service.
• Proficient across platforms including Microsoft Office, Snappy Kraken, and Redtail.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule appointments.
• Turn seminar leads into conversations and appointments with the advisory team.
• Plan and coordinate prospect and client events including venues and registrations.
• Attend events and ensure a welcoming, professional guest experience.
• Schedule appointments with prospects from events and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and lead activity in the CRM.
• Manage prospect email lists and assist with email campaigns and social media.
• Submit marketing materials for compliance review and track approvals.
• Grow the prospect database and improve marketing efforts.
