Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years in marketing, customer engagement, event coordination, inside sales or related field.
• Skilled at building trust-based client relationships with personalized service.
• Proficient across Microsoft Office, Snappy Kraken and Redtail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with tasks.
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Demonstrates integrity handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients by phone, including outbound calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and scheduling.
• Turn seminar and marketing interest into conversations and appointments with the advisory team.
• Plan and coordinate prospect and client events, including venues, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Attend events and create a welcoming, professional guest experience.
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects at events and via follow-ups.
• Maintain prospect data, lead activity, and follow-up in CRM (Redtail).
• Manage prospect and client email lists and campaigns.
• Submit marketing materials for compliance and manage approvals.
• Help grow the prospect database and marketing efforts.
