Chesapeake Financial Planners is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to keep our brand message consistent across digital touchpoints and client interactions. This fully remote role is aligned to Eastern Time and offers mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will coordinate with adviserCMO, manage content across social channels and email campaigns, review materials for authenticity, and track performance with analytics to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and tone.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a remote environment.
• Curious and eager to learn; understanding how marketing, client experience, and business growth connect.
• Degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with adviserCMO to implement digital strategies and align content with brand voice.
• Manage scheduling, organization, and execution of content across social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Review and enrich content from adviserCMO to reflect firm values in posts, emails, and materials.
• Track performance analytics and share insights with leadership for improvement.
• Support planning and promotion of client appreciation events, seminars, and webinars.
• Collaborate with paraplanner team to gather client stories and testimonials for marketing use.
• Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, and video materials; Canva will be provided.
