Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement to meet individual and branch goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion, drive, and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
