OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist in a fast-paced Tampa on-site role. You will listen to customers, assess needs, and offer tailored financing solutions while guiding them through the loan lifecycle. The role offers competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Required: high school diploma or GED, Spanish bilingual preferred, and experience in sales, collections or customer service. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours to meet branch goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan lifecycle including collections in compliance with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.

• Develop and maintain connections; present tailored loan solutions.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
