You will engage customers, educate them on loan terms and optional insurance, and collaborate with different departments to meet individual and branch goals while advancing your career within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering empathy and results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
