Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Litigation Support professional to provide overall support under supervision of the Director, Litigation.

The role includes managing case files, court deadlines, and drafting subpoenas and pleadings for in-house attorneys. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Law and at least two years of direct paralegal or litigation experience, with familiarity in LexisNexis and MS Office; they will work in a team-based environment handling confidential

Qualifications

• Degree in law required; paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct paralegal or litigation experience.
• Experience with litigation matters in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, create and organize case files.
• Maintain calendar for court deadlines.
• Draft subpoenas and HIPAA authorizations and coordinate service.
• Draft pleadings, notices, and basic motions for attorney review.
• Coordinate depositions and independent medical examinations with counsel.
• Arrange for surveillance.
• Examine discovery responses and summarize for attorneys.
• Draft timeline and summaries for cases.
• Assist in drafting discovery responses.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
