Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) is seeking a paralegal to provide overall litigation support under the supervision of the Director of Litigation.

The role involves maintaining and organizing case files, drafting subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery documents, and coordinating depositions with opposing counsel. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Law and at least two years of direct paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
• Minimum 2 years paralegal experience or equivalent.
• Experience with litigation matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, create and organize case files.
• Maintain calendar to meet court deadlines.
• Draft subpoenas and authorizations; coordinate service.
• Draft pleadings, notices, and basic motions.
• Coordinate depositions with opposing counsel.
• Assist with discovery responses.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
