Apex Entertainment Marlborough is seeking Experienced Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain stations, and ensure food safety while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar kitchen environment.
• Ability to work standing for long periods (8–10 hours).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and ingredients.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
