You will develop marketing strategies, evaluate client needs and deliver risk management solutions while maintaining accurate records and staying compliant with policy requirements. Full-time role in Joplin, MO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling and negotiating insurance plans.
• Familiar with automobile, fire, life and health insurance products.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, solicit and negotiate insurance plans matching client needs.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote new contracts or changes.
• Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and financial status to propose plans.
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies.
• Report progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Fulfill all policy requirements.
