Ideal candidates have a sales background, are self-motivated, coachable, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Licensing support is offered; a Missouri P&C or Life license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensing and licensing requirements as per state law.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct personal insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend products (Auto, Home, Life, Business).
• Prepare quotes, address objections, and close sales to meet monthly production goals.
• Manage relationships and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients while servicing existing policyholders.
