Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years leasing agent experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across digital and in-person channels.
• Proven sales success and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to relate to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Resman preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and communicate the property's features.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match apartments.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounted offers.
• Prepare weekly prospect reports for the Community Director.
• Maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Update online advertising daily for pricing and availability.
• Maintain daily engagement score in Knock of 90–100%.
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewings.
