Qualifications

• Leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests.
• Serve as the first impression for visitors to the Leasing Office.
• Facilitate the rental of apartment units to maximize occupancy and renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and showings.
• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork for current and prospective tenants.
