RichSmith Management is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant for Park Ridge at Conway in Conway, AR. You will be the friendly first contact for prospective and current residents, conducting tours and guiding leads to leases to support strong occupancy.

The role requires leasing experience, excellent customer service and strong sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate move-ins/outs. Join a team committed to property success and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires previous leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment; Microsoft Office preferred.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and visitors.
• Greet prospective residents, identify housing needs, and provide information about available apartment homes.
• Conduct property and apartment tours while highlighting community features and amenities.
• Lease available apartments with a focus on maintaining strong occupancy.
• Follow up with prospective residents and help convert leads into leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist with lease preparation, negotiations, renewals, and resident communications.
• Maintain contact with current residents and assist with promoting strong renewal rates.
• Ensure applications, leases, and other resident documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and perform general office duties.
• Maintain organized leasing and resident records.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing and resident experience.
• Perform all leasing activities in accordance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Assist the Community Manager and onsite team with additional duties as needed.
