RichSmith Management in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our busy multi-family community. The role focuses on meeting with prospective residents, current residents, and vendors, delivering excellent service, and presenting marketing/leasing plans in line with Section 42 and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications include 1 year leasing experience preferred, outstanding communication, strong customer service, ability to multitask and handle basic office tasks.

• Ability to handle basic office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering phones).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests of the community.
• Serve as the first impression in the Leasing Office and provide outstanding service.
• Develop and implement marketing/leasing plans in accordance with Section 42 and Fair Housing Act.
