Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides great first impression while greeting prospective residents, showing model units and vacancies.
• Answers phone calls with courtesy and accuracy.
• Qualifies prospective residents and verifies application data.
• Maintains daily traffic sheets, pest control logs, and maintenance logs.
• Follows up with prospects and sends thank you notes.
• Prepares lease packets prior to move-in.
• Prepares clubhouse, leasing materials, and models for viewing.
• Assists with leasing activities and resident relations.
