Schedule: 20–29 hours per week, weekdays required, plus three Saturdays per month. You will greet prospects, conduct apartment tours, market available units, prepare leases, collect rent, and perform general office duties.

Responsibilities

• Prospect engagement — greet prospects, answer phones, and conduct tours.
• Marketing & leasing — market units and assist with move-ins and renewals.
• Lease administration — prepare and process leases and related paperwork.
• Rent collection — collect rent and support delinquency follow-up.
• Office operations — perform general administrative and customer service duties.
