Job summary

WHM - Property Management in Denton is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process, provide excellent service, and ensure a smooth experience for prospective and current residents.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, maintain records, respond to inquiries, collaborate with teams, and support marketing to sustain occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues.
• Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
