Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator in Largo, FL to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move‑in.

You will also support renewal activities and timely communications with residents.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Familiarity with show units, maintenance coordination, and renewal programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare leases and move‑in documents.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any repairs with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packets and contact renewing residents in advance of move‑out dates.
