Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Market community using online tools and referrals to drive traffic and leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Track leasing activities and demographics using property management software.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages.
