Requires a high school diploma or GED; LIHTC experience preferred; knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing standards; strong sales and customer service skills. Salary is $13.00–$24.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with completing rental applications and collect deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show; keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Know lease terms, policies, and current rental rates; use sales techniques to close.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for informational materials.
• Process administrative forms, reports and related information promptly.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs under Community Manager guidance.
