Job summary

Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage the lead-to-lease cycle, conduct property tours, and drive occupancy. You will network with local institutions and guests to generate traffic and guide applicants through the application process.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales/leasing track record, excellent communication skills, and experience with outreach and social media marketing. This role is full-time and on-site in Baton Rouge.

Qualifications

• Proven multifamily property management experience.
• Strong background in sales, leasing or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with outreach and social media marketing.
• Experience conducting market surveys via in-person shops.
• Accountability and goal-driven performance.
• Appfolio, G Suite and MS Office a plus.
• Organizing resident events monthly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lead-to-lease journey with a 4-hour response window.
• Lead property tours and finalize lease agreements.
• Guide applicants through the application process.
• Generate traffic by networking with local hospitals, universities and employers.
• Weekly prospecting and cross-promotional partnerships.
• Foster referrals from current and former residents.
• Design resident initiatives to improve quality of life.
• Perform property inspections and walkthroughs.
• Manage CRM updates and lease documentation.
• Maintain communication with leadership and attend trainings.
• Demonstrate time management and goal-focused work.
