Job summary

RedPeak is looking for a Leasing Professional to act as a brand ambassador and main contact for customers across online, phone, and in-person channels at multiple Central Denver properties. You will lease apartments by listening to clients, applying sales skills, and delivering follow-through to exceed expectations.

You will work with a variety of product—from boutique vintage to luxury townhomes—across multiple sites, aiming to match residents with the right homes and foster long-term occupancy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy with a 95%+ target and smooth move-ins.
• Process reservations and lease paperwork for future residents.
• Lead development: manage leads and schedule property tours.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records in Yardi.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective residents.
