Job summary

MAA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at a Texas property. You will greet prospective residents, present community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process to secure rentals.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or leasing, with strong customer service and MS Office skills. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available at MAA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value and experience of living at a MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and screen prospective residents.
• Notify lease expirations and facilitate renewals; assist with marketing and resident events.
