Job summary

MAA Greene is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our property team in Greenville. You will interact with prospective residents, communicate the value of living at a MAA community, and help turn apartments into homes.

Responsibilities include securing leases, screening applicants, coordinating renewals, and supporting marketing efforts and resident events to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Secure lease agreements and initiate screening of prospective residents.
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
