Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Proficient with a computer and MS Office.
• Ability to explain lease documents clearly.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain high customer service.
• Show available units and follow up on traffic.
• Prepare lease documents and collect applications/deposits.
• Process approvals including credit/background/rental history.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and update availability.
• Support renewal program and marketing efforts.
