Job summary

Arqline is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet guests, present property features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants. You will maintain model units, update availability, process applications, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure timely move-ins.

You must have at least two years of leasing experience, strong sales ability, and proficient computer skills (MS Office and property software). This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and community/property software.
• Ability to explain lease documents to applicants and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and show units, maintaining model conditions and professional demeanor.
• Prepare lease documents and collect applications and deposits per policy.
• Process applications (credit check, background, rental history) and route to Property Manager for approval.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and refer to sister communities when needed.
• Maintain property knowledge and assist with renewals and marketing efforts.
• Open and operate leasing office, manage calls, and coordinate with staff to update resident information.
