Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year in a customer service related field.
• Basic math skills and numerical accuracy.
• High School education or equivalent is required with strong communication.
• Proficient in English language both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Show rent ready apartments to prospective tenants.
• Meet with prospective applicants and qualify them for leasing.
• Verify applications and prepare lease documents.
• Assist in marketing and generating traffic for the property.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Assistant Manager on leasing.
• Maintain property appearance and condition information.
• Prepare resident files and ensure timely, complete applications.
• Record traffic and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
