Qualifications

• Requires strong sales and/or leasing experience.
• High-level of interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to maintain high energy, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in entry to intermediate level mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Provide excellent customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close sales.
• Close sales on units to maximize occupancy and revenue flow.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current client history.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person communications promptly.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Property Manager for ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain community appearance and note repairs from inspections.
• Assist Property Manager with on-site staff training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
