Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires strong sales and/or leasing experience.
• High-level of interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintain high energy, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform basic math without assistance.
• NALP desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Provide top-tier customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide tours, explain the application process, and close leases.
• Close sales to maximize occupancy and upsell services.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and residents.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Address resident concerns with a positive service attitude.
• Assist Property Manager with training on-site staff.
• Support ongoing maintenance coordination and property inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
