You will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate with marketing, handle applications, maintain records in the property management system, and support renewal efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with preference for related degree.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is desirable.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents, establishing rapport and understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours, effectively highlighting the property's amenities, floor plans, and unique selling points.
• Use a customer-focused attitude year-round to ensure a smooth renewal process for existing residents.
• Assist with leasing process including explaining terms, applications, and move-in details.
• Input and maintain resident and lease data in property management software, ensuring up-to-date records.
