Job summary

AG Living in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and guide potential residents through the leasing process, drive occupancy, and create a positive first impression on our multi-family community. You will conduct property tours, highlight amenities, coordinate with marketing, manage applications, perform background checks, and help with renewals while delivering exceptional service.

A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or leasing/real estate is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease administration and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents, establish rapport, and understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Input and maintain resident/lease data in property management software; ensure up-to-date records.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals.
• Coordinate resident events to foster community and positive leasing experience.
