Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing processes, greet clients, conduct tours, process applications, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will report to the Leasing Manager and contribute to market-ready campaigns and community engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer-service focus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• May require valid driver's license.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including providing leasing information and scheduling appointments.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
