Peakmade Real Estate in Clemson, SC is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue. You will close leases, conduct engaging tours, and provide a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads via phone, online, and in-person interactions, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring accurate lease paperwork. Weekend availability and a proven sales track record are required for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience
• Proven success meeting sales/leasing targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Execute strategies to drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak and the community
• Build rapport quickly and tailor experiences to each prospect
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Support office presentation and model readiness
• Assist in annual turn process and market surveys
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with move out/in events and deposits/fees
