Job summary

• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and leads to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Tour units, process lease applications, and prepare new lease contracts.
• Log prospect information into Property Management software accurately.
• Assist with move-ins, inspections, and daily property operations as needed.
