Red Tail Residential, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant for the Clubhouse at Port Orchard, WA. This full-time role involves leasing apartments, delivering excellent resident experiences, and supporting multiple communities with on-site operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and applies a sales mindset with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent reading and writing of English with intermediate math.
• One year of service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-ins.
• Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information.
• Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures.
• Submit and track maintenance requests for residents.
• Receive and record collections following company standards.
• Provide general clerical, office, and phone support.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation.
• Manage move-in calendars to ensure appointments and standards.
• Address and help resolve resident concerns; escalate to Supervisor when needed.
• Conduct move-out walks and support the move-out process.
