Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must read and write English fluently and perform intermediate math functions
• Minimum of one year of experience in the multifamily housing industry

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• Show apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-ins
• Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information
• Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures
• Submit and track maintenance requests for residents
• Receive and record collections following company standards
• Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation
• Manage move-in calendars to ensure appointments are completed and units meet move-in standards
• Address and help resolve resident concerns; elevate issues to the Supervisor when necessary
• Conduct move-out walks and support the move-out process
• Weekend availability is required.
