Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at one of our communities in Spartanburg, SC. You’ll close deals on tours, answer questions, and deliver a world-class resident experience.

The role requires a motivated closer with strong follow-up, CRM discipline, and the ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
• Assist in performance of annual turn process.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition.
• Assist with market surveys as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.
