Anza Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for the public and to lease apartments by understanding the needs of prospective residents. The role supports marketing efforts and helps maintain a quality living environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, a California driver’s license, and strong sales and communication skills. Travel to multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
• Drive to different locations
